How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times depend on your location but usually take 5–9 business days across Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within Canada only. We hope to expand our shipping zones soon — stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our newsletter for updates.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
🪴 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
Please note that live plants, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@willowstonedecor.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Do your plants come with pots?
Some of our plant listings include decorative pots, while others come in nursery grow pots. Product details will specify what’s included.
How do I care for my plants?
Each plant includes basic care instructions with your order. You can also find detailed care tips in our Plant Care Guidesection on the site (if applicable).
Are your products handmade?
Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made in small batches by local artisans. We take pride in offering items that are unique, sustainable, and thoughtfully made.
