1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

During periods of high demand (such as holidays or promotions), processing times may take an additional 1–2 business days.


2. Shipping Times

We currently ship orders across Canada.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Local (within BC): 2–4 business days
  • Other Provinces: 4–9 business days
  • Remote Areas or Territories: 7–12 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our homepage or sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!


4. Local Pickup or Delivery

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
  • Live plants and fragile items may have limited shipping availability during extreme weather conditions.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@willowstonedecor.com with photos of:

  • The damaged product
  • The packaging it arrived in
  • Your order number

We’ll assess the issue and arrange for a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out — we’ll help coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately — if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to correct it.
