If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns for most home décor items within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of their delicate or perishable nature, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Live plants or greenery
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
To start a return, please contact us at support@willowstonedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll review your request and provide instructions for sending your item back.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package each order, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging it arrived in
- Your order number
Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever you prefer.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund is processed.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as they have not yet shipped.
Once shipped, the order follows our standard return policy.
